Shipping policy

All of our orders are packed by hand, with love and shipped within 1-2 working days. Nina Shiva Desing will continue to fulfil customer orders and process returns/exchanges to the best of our ability.
Your Nina Shiva, will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We ship all orders with Poste Italiane and we’re happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
On the occasion we offer promotional free delivery; the flat rate of shipping will be subsidised, however the charge of duties and import taxes will not.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. Please email us prior to returning your goods. If you’re located outside the EU, when posting your return, please mark on the outside of the parcel that this is a “return shipment to origin”, to ensure that the parcel is not held in customs.
